Dr. Verity Livingstone is the founding Medical Director of the Vancouver Breastfeeding Centre. She is an Associate Professor in the Department of Family Practice, University of British Columbia and is an Internationally recognized expert in the field of Breastfeeding Medicine. She is an elected Fellow of the Academy of Breastfeeding and a Fellow of the College of Family Physicians of Canada. She co produced of the award-winning video "The Art of Successful Breastfeeding". She has four children.

Dr. Judy Stringer has an extensive background in community and family medicine and qualified as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. She joined the center in 1992. She is actively involved in teaching and research as well as clinical breastfeeding management. She has three children.

Sherri Adamson is our Medical Office Assistant, she joined the centre in 2005. She plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of the clinic. She greets patients, books appointments, rents out pumps and helps with the babies.
